I see and hear from lot many people who were diagnosed with Covid that they went through the suffering but never regained their strength, vitality but still have the weakness or fatigue even after many months or some people for an year.
Fatigue is very common for an extended period of time after any viral infection but not after a very long time.
People are experiencing poor concentration, joint pain, muscle weakness and tenderness, anxiety disorders, depression, low interest in things in which they were much interested before. Some people even complained of jaw pain and bleeding of gums, looseness of sockets of teeth.

1. Have Proper Sleep: Sleep between 10pm to 4am, is the most important period for the body for its healing and resting phase. Most of the healing occurs during this time period. If we sleep after 12pm and sleep late till 8 or 9am, its of no use. Sleep between 10 to 4 am is the best sleep.
2.Eat well and stay hydrated :Eat well, more than your normal days because your body needs lot of energy and food is one of the source. Don't worry about weight gain and other stuff, just you need to focus now to get back your energy. Later we can start with weight loss strategy. Eat healthy and less processed foods. Avoid all inflammatory foods like sugar, refined flour, biscuits, cakes, buns.
3. Avoid inflammation by consuming anti inflammatory foods like turmeric, ginger, garlic, walnuts, fish, omega 3 and omega 6 capsules and lemon water in the morning empty stomach.
4. Be simple and stay less complicated. Keeping your mind calm is the most important part during this phase, Stay happy and positive. Think The Almighty has given you time to relax and pamper yourself. It's your "me time". Take this time as a blessing than remaining depressed.
5. Avoid exertion: Perform gentle exercises and less exerting Yoga and Pranayama. Don't strain your body in anyways.
6.Stay Motivated by watching inspiring videos, reading spiritual and self help books, keeping company of those who make you feel happy and positive.
7.Massage: Massage your body once in a while with Almond, sesame, sunflower, coconut oils.
